I started NexCore Consulting because I saw firsthand how hard it is to grow a business without the right systems in place. I’ve worked with people who had the drive but lacked the structure — no solid marketing plan, no lead flow, and no real process to scale. Over time, I built a better way: marketing strategies that attract the right people, automations that save time, and systems that actually move the business forward. That’s what NexCore is about — helping people turn their ideas into a real, sustainable business.

In both past and current roles — including my time as COO of a company supporting professional horseplayers — I’ve led operations, built operational systems, managed client relationships, and focused on marketing that delivers. Those experiences gave me a clear understanding of how to build lean, effective businesses that are built to grow.
